Our core team is split between the U.S. and Nepal, but we’re united by the same mission: using media to build real relationships and lasting impact.
Stateside, we’re creatives and strategists who’ve spent our careers helping brands earn trust through story. On the ground in Kathmandu, our studio is led by American producers with a heart for people and a deep love for the local community, building trust the slow way: through jobs, mentorship, and presence.
Together, we’re building something that reaches farther than content alone. This is purpose-driven production. This is a team that shows up.

Isaiah grew up a missionary kid in the Dominican Republic and discovered early on that stories, especially the kind that move people, were his thing. After graduating from Moody with a degree in communications (2015), he built a career helping brands use video to build trust at scale. Today, he leads a YouTube-first content studio helping financial advisors grow their influence and impact through powerful, evergreen video.

Dave grew up a minister’s son, toured in a rock band, and fell in love with storytelling through the lens of a camera. Decades later, he’s still chasing the perfect shot, but now with a mission. As creative director, he brings 15+ years of production experience to help mission-driven professionals create content that actually connects.

Mark is the heart behind our Kathmandu-based media studio, a space where creativity meets purpose and sparks new opportunity. A storyteller by heart and a communicator by training, Mark holds degrees from Moody Bible Institute (’16) and Biola University (’22), and serves as affiliate faculty of anthropology and languages at Idaho State University.
Since moving to Nepal over seven years ago, Mark has seen more than just its breathtaking beauty. He's witnessed the challenges faced by communities where too many feel pressured to seek risky work abroad.
In response, he envisioned something different: a creative hub that could offer meaningful, skill-building careers by equipping young Nepali creatives with practical tools, encouraging them to find their voices, and empowering them to build futures they believe in close to their families. Mark built this studio not just as a workplace, but as a launchpad for the betterment of families and community. At its core, this studio is about more than media, it’s about transformation.

If we can hear you and see you, we can work with it. Most videos on social are iPhone these days so you don’t need cinema cameras to make this work. iPhone footage? Fine. DSLR? Even better. We’ll give you a simple guide to help you look and sound great, whatever gear you’re using.
